We at Saving Rain LLC want you to be satisfied with the rainwater diverter box in every way. If any concerns arise, please do not hesitate to contact us. If the diverter box is damaged upon arrival, it may be returned.

Saving Rain LLC will not be liable for:

Any damages to your house, siding or any other structure you mount the diverter box onto or drill holes into.
Any damage incurred from improper attention to the specific instructions for using and winterizing the diverter box.
Any sickness or death of plants, animals, or persons using the water diverted through the diverter box. The filter in this unit in no way filters or disinfects the rainwater for safe drinking or washing.
